Exceptional body work. Phenomenal! He understands physiology and anatomy and works efficiently and kindly while sharing what he is doing and why he is doing it. Trent is great! I highly recommend his massage. It is not traditional but it is absolutely results driven and my body was so blissed out when I left. Old injuries feel better. I feel more balanced and at home in my body. Thank you!!!!

Best bodywork I’ve had in over a decade. Trent was able to free up my shoulder impingement and help my lower back. Professional, experienced, effective, and very much worth it. I recommend this service and will be going back soon.
