I'm writing to share my experience with "westside". Particularly an employee named "Travis". I am from NW indiana and i am operating a new John Deere machine on a large jobsite. Of course I get into machine and someone ganked the operators manual. I had a few questions and called every Deere dealership in my general area. These guys have gone above and beyond when I’ve needed help. Travis in the service department has been exceptionally helpful. I will buy again from them when I’m ready for my next unit.
Everyone I've encountered, whether it be the service manager, the service techs or the parts department have gone way over and above to accommodate me. I don't ever see myself going anywhere else.
