We bought our first machine from west side and it has been a great experience! Customer service has been great.Ask for Travis Jackson and he will get you straight.Travis has gone out of his way several times to insure we are happy.Id recommend West Side to anyone! Thanks again!
Always on time I have an older back hoe and they still get the parts for it and get up and going thanks jamie behem.
Prices alittle high
I'm writing to share my experience with "westside". Particularly an employee named "Travis". I am from NW indiana and i am operating a new John Deere machine on a large jobsite. Of course I get into machine and someone ganked the operators manual. I had a few questions and called every Deere dealership in my general area. Literally 4 places and not a single person could track me down manual or even any pointers on some of the new features. Or they just didn't care to take the time to help.
