I had Drew pick up my riding lawnmower and it was too expensive to put any more money into it so I decided to let him keep it. He still charged me $100 to look at the mower and $59 for pick up then asked me if he could have the bags that went with the mower. I felt I was taken advantage of. He got the mower to part out or repair for resale and then wanted the baggers for free while I was out $159. Not a good business practice in customer service in my opinion.
