Dog poo everywhere. All apartment owners seam to have dogs. There everywhere, in the lift, the hallways and outside. The entire Ritz-Carlton block has dog poo everywhere.
I had a moving in recently and I was assisted by Juan and Will from Tower 1. excellent Building Management — friendly, professional, and always quick to help. Everything from access issues to common-area matters was handled efficiently.Outstanding support during an urgent situation. They acted quickly, coordinated efficiently, and kept everyone updated. Will is incredibly helpful with every query I’ve had — big or small — and always keeps us well-informed about major announcements and building updates. What stands out most is how calm, genuinely friendly, and clear he is in every interaction, making the front desk feel welcoming and reliable. Will truly goes above and beyond, and his positive presence makes daily life here noticeably better at westside place
I would like to commend the asian guy wearing glasses at the Concierge. He’s name is Win. He is very helpful and knowledgeable of his work. He went beyond my needs, assisted me smoothly in my moving in and gave me some tips in getting around Melbourne CBD. I can’t thank you enough. More power!
Moving was a fast and smooth experience. The concierge assisted us to make the transition smooth by booking the elevator so that only I can use it. But the living experience is different… I booked the golf simulation one evening and another person as well. It was annoying since it caused delay to my limited time at the facility but the guy at the concierge, Will, he handled the situation calmly and professionally.
