West Side Pet Hospital service Are great about getting you in and helping with an emergency! However, there are a few receptionists that answer the phone and when you are trying to explain something or ask a question are so rude and cut you off. Every time it happens (which has been several) it makes me want to switch vets. One time I also called to ask how a service would work, and I got one of these receptionists and she was extremely rude and told me she doesn't know and she's not the doctor. Provides excellent care for pets. The entire staff at the West Side Pet Hospital has been wonderful to me. Even when I came without an appointment near closing time, they were extremely kind and helpful. They've provided care for all three of my cats with fantastic success and service. There is a $30 fee for the visit plus the cost of medication, ect., so on average the bill came to about $75 dollars for each of my cats.
Close-to-home pet care West Side Pet Hospital is conveniently located in a central spot on the West Side. They have several skilled veterinarians and can get your pet in quickly if an issue arises. They have a great manner with pets and also have a grooming facility and boarding area located in the same building. Grooming is a bit on the pricey side here, however.
Our Favorite Veterinarians without a doubt This establishment has served us for many years and through several generations of animals. Their offices are great and their staff is helpful and knowledgeable. We have driven 40 miles one way before to get our animals to them. We love them dearly.
