Disappointed with the customer service. We moved forward with a home insurance policy with West Side Mutual. They then cancelled our policy on us after we had already closed on the home. Additionally, the tone from their representative in their cancellation email was incredibly rude.
Really appreciate their knowledge, attentiveness, and helping me understand the coverage. Clay has been a great help over the years and we've had many different types of coverage through them.
