She is a nice person and a good doctor, and has been treating my partner for some years, but man, we waited 100 minutes for her, and I lost my patience. This is NYC not the countryside, and our time is extremely precious. We have a ton of things we must get done in a weekday day. We had a 2pm appointment, and at 3:40pm we were still not seen.
