The parking lot is always full of fast food trash and chicken bones. Management does not seem to care about the appearance of the building and surrounding are.
Rented the lounge room at 10. I've been on the phone with everyone and all I get is "sorry we don't help west side flat residents" no management available either. I do not understand where they get off charging for amenities you can't use but the weight room is moldy, the pool barely works. Overall shitty apartments that just look gentrified
Living at West Side Flats has been an incredible experience. From the moment I moved in, I felt right at home. The apartments are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality finishes—stainless steel appliances, spacious layouts, and large windows that bring in tons of natural light. My favorite part is the private balcony with beautiful views of the Mississippi River and downtown Saint Paul. The amenities here are truly top-notch.
