Service was good but one thing that left a bad taste was the fact they charged me $5 for equipment insurance but was not told or asked until I was charged when I looked at the invoice. Not cool, I thought that was unnecessary to do.

Rented a forklift from the nice lady at the front desk on short notice, she was more then helpful and went out of her way to help me, and make sure I had the forklift on time. The driver gave me a call to let me know when he would be there, and was exactly on time. After I had finished my work a quick call to the driver and he was on his way back to pick it up, also exactly when he said he would be there. I am really happy I found this place, will be my first call for any equipment rentals I need in the future.
