I had West Side out a few weeks back, when it was unusually cold in June 🙄 and they did a wonderful job. They were informative and knowledgeable with my barrage of questions. They did the areas in a timely matter and I'm very happy. I'll gladly have them back to do ducts when we're ready. I never smelled chemicals and the carpets weren't soaking wet. Mark and Dave cleaned my carpeting and did a great job. I have a rescue pup who had lots of accidents. The carpet looks so much better. Mark and Dave are also great to work with and their pricing was fair..
