I hope this reaches someone in management; your receptionist is totally out of line. Calls do not get answered, voicemails are not returned. When you do finally get ahold of her, she is condescending and rude. I was told I was going to get a confirmation for my appointment, but no outreach was ever done. I have a cognitive disability and was unable to accurately keep track of my appointment time and I could not get ahold of anyone to reconfirm the appointment. From the first visit thru post op. the staff were all professional, relaxing and caring. I will not hesitate to recommend them.
Receptionist are rude and do not ever answer phones. I had to drive 30 minutes just to speak to someone and was told i would get a prescription and never got it and have been in pain because they do not care to take care of their patients and keep their word.
Had a good check up. Professional staff.
