Went to the ER for excruciating pain and I’ve been waiting for 3 hours and 40 minutes. Still haven’t been seen and when asked how much longer, the nurse was very rude and told us she “can’t just kick out other patients” If I can’t get help for pain at my local emergency room, where am I supposed to go? Very rude staff, terrible wait rooms and absolutely zero compassion for the patients. Same old manistee hospital
