Malik and Chris did an outstanding job on our bathroom remodel. Our bathroom required significant labor to complete the demo, but these guys were troopers and never complained. They were extremely professional and kept us informed of their progress throughout the remodel. Great job guys!
Very bad experience with this company. First week I had all kinds of supervisors calling me . Job got done ,,, can’t even get ahold of 1 supervisor or sales guys. So, After 2 days no shower working do to construction, my wife burned her back do to faulty unit where hot and cold adjusted. Now i can’t even get them to come until September of this year to replace it on a weekend . Buyer beware. High pressure tactics. They pressure you to make a 40k+ decision while they are sitting in front of you. Sameday pricing or it goes up over 15K Way overpriced!! Made appointment with one person and another one showed up with no notice. The whole process/experience was frustrating .
Just had West Shore Home complete a bathtub to shower conversion in my upstairs guest bathroom. Excellent job all done in one day. Could not be more satisfied with the great work Tyler C. and Sammy did to produce fantastic results! Would highly recommend!
