The team who installed my new shower consisting of the lead man Nick and Colby & Jase were very professional, considerate, polite and good listeners. They also did a very good clean-up afterwards. I am very pleased.
We live on a busy road in Pinehurst which can at times be incredibly noisy/dusty! Selling/Moving is not really an option, so after much going back & forth, we decided to have all of the windows on the ground floor of our house replaced, where the bulk of the windows are. Gregory went above and beyond when he came out to our house on Saturday to help address a current problem on a previous install. Not only did he provide the best customer service, he also explained how to care for our bathroom shower,. He listened to our concerns and made us feel so comfortable that we are now going to have someone come out and do a quote on our other bathroom. Thank you for taking the extra time in making us feel important.
West Shore sent out a repair technician who did a great job. Tyrone was on time and patient when reviewing minor fixes to molding and one shelf. It did not take him long at all and the repairs were flawless.
