The staff at West Shore Home is excellent.. Phone staff to make appointments or issues are kind, thoughtful and considerate. Joseph, Jabari and 2 other staff members are amazing.. Joseph and group worked non stop to replace my shower..He explained what they were doing..Worked the entire day..when necessary gave me choices and suggestions..The shower is beautiful.. The gentlemen who came to my home were excellent beyond installation.. They were thoughtful..sweet..funny..respectful..helpful I'm very glad I chose West Shore Hom... read more

Steve A Kevin N & Geovanny E did a great installation! Kevin did wonderful job troubleshooting the base being 2' too short, which was not the installers fault it was what was not ordered correctly. 5
