Austin and Luke arrived early and stayed late to make sure my shower was completely installed in one day. And it's beautiful. Austin & Luke were very professional, answered all my questions and made sure I knew what was happening. Plus, they are really nice men.
Michael Ford has a great crew in Moody, Alabama! His team of installers, electricians, and plumbers (Brian B., Steven C., Cory H., James Scogin, James Smithey, and Dylan H.) came out and completely remodeled our master bath in just two days! We had a tile bathroom before and it wasn’t installed properly and water had leaked through in multiple places. They do not contract any work out, everything is completed by their own people. Let me began by acknowledging how professional and kind James Smithey and Dylan Horseley were during my installation. They kept me informed and showed me how my shower will work after the 24 hours period. They started off by putting drop cloths down. That was awesome.
