I have been going to see Dr Herold for about 10 years now and he is a wonderful doctor. He is very caring and is willing to take the time to really listen to you. As for them not taking another person's insurance, I cannot speak to that. I am on Medicare because of a disability and they also take my husband and children's insurance he has through his work. I have found that they have always tried to help any way they can if there is a problem.
Do not bother calling or going to this place. They do not accept any additional Tricare Insurance holders, i.e., current and former military people as patients. Any place that would refuse to help our military folks is not a place I'd prefer to visit under any circumstances. Apparently this place is not about helping the sick and injured, it's about making money and helping the wealthy. Don't believe it, call in and say you're a new patient worth 50 million dollars with the most expensive insurance available and I'll bet you... read more
