Office staff very rude. PA Scott Berlin is excellent.

Cara & Joe are great as is the rest of the staff.
The front office staff especially Debbie has always been so pleasant and helpful to me and my family. Having a child with autism he used to be very uncomfortable and filled with anxiety going to the doctors but because of her and MA Kathy he is super relaxed now (he loves getting his hugs from Debbie at the end of his visit). I have been a patient of Dr. Harker for a few years and you won’t find anyone more caring and patient-focused than the team at WSFP. The office is very accommodating with appointments, wait times are reasonable, and the caregivers spend time with their parents and make sure you understand what’s going on. If only they served wine . . . Oh wait, that’s a different establishment. 🤭
Dr. Harker is terrific! You will not find a more knowledgeable and caring physician!
I would absolutely recommend West Shore Family practice. The staff is always friendly. I never have an issue getting an appointment. The doctors are wonderful.
Dr Harker is very knowledgeable and personable. He never makes you feel rushed.
