Worst place in bay county....owners are slums management very unprofessional and hatefully.there are a lot better places that are clean and kept up.exit drive here has been a disaster since I moved in....will ruin your car.VERY BIG LIARS AND RIP OFFS....THEY CHARGE WHAT THEY WANT FOR WATER.....ITS RIDICULOUS......CHARGE 40$ AFTER THE 1ST.FOR LATE FEE WHEN I GET MY DISABILITY ON THE 3RD.....SCAMMERS!!!SOMEDAY WILL BE ALL CALLED OUT.......
This place is a joke would never recommend anyone moving here. The rents the highest they try to rip you off on water and the employees in the front offices are a joke nothing but crooks running this place stay far way as possible. As soon as I'm able I'm out of this poorly maintain overpriced shithole of a park. Will also be filing a report with the BBB against this Fraudulent Park.
