Had to take a vacation day to close my Father's accounts because they aren't open on Saturday. In Hastings Michigan we have 6 banks open from 9-12 on Saturday. They failed to follow my wishes when my Father's pension check was pending,told them to send it back. They included it in the closing amount without notifying me. They fail to understand the stressful situation of dealing with your Father's death. Their customer service failed in following directions.
I’ve banked there for a while and everybody has been so kind to me! And today Shelby was so nice, I brought in cash to deposit, and she was so helpful. I literally had so many one dollar bills, and she was so patient, and nice even though I know I was a pain in the butt! 10 out of 10 for west short bank, and 12 out of 10 for Shelby for putting up with me and many 1 dollar bills!
I have a couple banks locally and a couple in Florida. By far West shore is the best bank I have. The employees understand customer service and do it with a smile. I have a relationship banker that is top notch and it seems she only works with me. I cannot say enough good
