They're okay, and conveniently close. The staff is usually courteous. But they do mess up on the pill bottles. One pill bottle tells me I only have 1 refill until I have to see the doctor, when I only see him once a year and I just saw him three months ago. So I learned to take the numbers with a grain of salt...UNTIL this month. I called for a med that said on the bottle "Refill until 9/14 (Sept. 2014) But they wouldn't refill it. Over the past year or so, this pharmacy has messed my prescriptions up 3 times. Which is interesting, because I've had the same two prescriptions for a decade now. They constantly make little mistakes, and their pill bottles very seldomly reflect the ACTUAL number of refills that you have left on your medication. Just earlier, I picked up my prescriptions, which had been changed from 30 pills to 90 pills. Of course, they ignored the new information and just gave me my usual prescriptions of 30 pills. Dumb! – This place is horrible the only reason i go there is because it's closer to my house. I am pregnant and went there to refill my prenatals and they give me tramidol which is a pain killer wtf? seriously you can't tell the difference or what? tramidol is super tiny and a vitamin clearly isn't pay attention before you harm someone I'm glad i didn't take it because it could of did some damage to my unborn child. next time i want to see their license!!!!!!!!
Great Service – The people at West 7th Pharmacy have always been very friendly, helpful and prompt. I honestly have not had one negative experience here in over 15 years. My current insurance carrier requires that I go through a different pharmacy for one of my meds, and every time I have gone to pick that med. up at the big box pharmacy, it has been a disaster. I am all about convenience and feeling good about where I spend my money, and West 7th Street Pharmacy is GREAT.
3 Strikes – I do not recommend using this pharmacy. As much as I wanted to use my local pharmacy, I have had three bad experiences with their services. A combination of poor customer service and misinformation has forced me to use a big box pharmacy for the time being.
revised review a great store! – I did not know the owners or people that work there very good, so I drew a quick review, now I know the true facts, the owner is a great wonderful fellow, and the people that work there are fantastic too, and BEST deliveery in this city! BEST gify selection IN THIS CITY! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO EVERYONE.
