I can't believe I'm writing a review of this company 15 years after installation but today my confidence in them was validated once again! After an attempted break-in one of our Milgard sliding windows seemed to have a frame in questionable shape. I reached out to Michan & company who responded immediately and walked me through all the steps to secure the window as well as what to do to ensure it doesn't happen again. We had a fantastic experience! Michan was wonderful with working with us to get both windows for an affordable price and also looked good too. We were on a budget and they certainly worked with us. During installation the team was great as well. When a decision point came up they were always knowledgeable and provided their suggestion, which we went with every time. 16 windows took only 2 days to install and our house is no longer breezy, we can now also turn on the heat and not heat the outside as well. WWWD replaced 21 of my windows, 2 sliding doors, and one entry door. They arranged for everything to be delivered to the house 1 day and they came out the next day for install. Installation took 2 days and at the end they spotted a few issues and opened a case for me with Milgard., Which they promptly fixed. Entry door came a few weeks later. I noticed and issue and they came out to fix and it looks great! All in all a good experience. Would recommend them to anyone looking for windows and doors.
Fast, friendly service! Our needs were listed to and met. They did not try to upsell us out of what our needs were. Timely installation with minimum of fuss and mess!
