I tried coming to this shop yesterday for my smog recheck and was told their equipment was broken. They said it would be fixed by the next day and I was told by the owner/manager to come for my smog recheck at 9am this morning. I have been waiting in front of the shop for 45 mins waiting for someone to come and open up. This is frustrating and unprofessional- I rearranged my work schedule to get here at the time I was told and am still waiting.
