I normally try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but after two separate experiences, I felt it was important to leave an honest review. I ordered a bouquet for my mom based on the beautiful, full arrangement shown online. What she actually received looked much smaller and had noticeably fewer flowers than advertised. I understand and accepted the substitution policy, but substitutions shouldn’t mean cutting the quantity. The overall arrangement just didn’t match the value or presentation shown on the website. Really disappointing experience and honestly felt like we got ripped off.

I placed an order for my mother’s birthday same day , I did not check the time they closed at 3:30 but I got off at 4. The owner (I’m guessing) called me and was able to put them somewhere no one was able to see so I was able to get the beautiful flowers for my mother for her birthday she loved them! This is amazing service & definitely will be back to purchase more! Highly recommend!
