Went to a new GP since my usual one is fully booked. Dr Justine Hester, feels like she's too busy to listen to what you have to say. Felt like I was rushed out of the consultation room with a "I don't have time for this, just get swabbed, if it's negative then you're not contagious". Person doing the swab test at the back had the "I'm using my phone, why'd you have to bother me attitude." Results just came out, turns out the test wasn't even for what I went to see the doctor for...
I have come here for several years and wish to sincerely thank the staff that has given me very good medical care over the years for a range of problems. I have always been treated in a professional manner by the doctors here along with the nurse out the back who is very skilled. There used to be a terrible receptionist that worked here but they have since left. 💯🤌👍
