Can't understand all these negative reviews. The place is always packed and very popular for a good reason, accepts Medicare, and I have always found the doctors very good.
Practice Manager is very helpful and accomodating. Staffs knows what they are doing and everything is in a systematic way. Doctors are accomodating and not showing in a hurry while with the patients/customers. Clinic is clean
I had an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience at West Ryde Marketplace Medical Centre regarding my son’s care. The reception staff are unprofessional; they booked my son in without asking for any prerequisites. To make matters worse, the manager seemed to be making up their own rules on the spot, falsely claiming they were NSW Health requirements—such as refusing to see a patient for a simple cold without an extensive medical history.
