Absolutely disgraceful, I just called this number as I was told nurses will help and support me and my newborn baby. I call up to ask about baby formula change, the lady (apparently nurse) asks why I’m calling and I said I have a question about recent formula change I’ve done, without further question instantly she says I can’t help you, I can’t comment. Great experience here with our first baby, can be quite a stressful time doing weigh ins and things, Yulander was really helpful with some tips and advise that I hadn’t thought of, and I left feeling really prepped to continue feeding well :)
Nurse Yulander was terrible. Was meant to be a follow up on what been discussed with the other nice compassionate nurse from the other day however Yulander just doesn't stop talking in her loud bossy ranting attitude on what has been covered previously. Time absolutely wasted and never intend to visit this place again. You don't have choice to pick nurse and cannot risk having Yulander ever again.
Yulander pounds with what she thinks right. Does not care and hear out on our background, situation and current strategies. If you have booking, and she comes to greet you, ask to change nurse or rebook another day.
