Kate the family child nurse is fantastic. She gave us helpful and practical tips to help us with our baby in the first two months.
Absolutely disgraceful, I just called this number as I was told nurses will help and support me and my newborn baby. I call up to ask about baby formula change, the lady (apparently nurse) asks why I’m calling and I said I have a question about recent formula change I’ve done, without further question instantly she says I can’t help you, I can’t comment.
