Honestly this is the best transmission shop I’ve been at. I had 5 quotes from different shops all were over diagnosing the problem and quoting me over $7,000. This shop was able to solve the problem by accurately diagnosing the problem and saved me 30% on the job! Highly recommend 👌
It's a shame to do this when auto trans shops have become so uncommon, but I found my visit to be quite rude. I came in to ask for a fluid change on my transmission, which is simple enough for cars that have a drain plug. The man in office asked if the car had issues, said no just want to put fresh fluid. They went to get their worker, whom came out with a rude attitude out of nowhere saying "why don't you want to do the filter?". I respond that for this car, it's a very basic mesh screen and I didn't want to make a big job ... read more
