Community Care likes to offer programs and then take them away at will. They make the entire process of getting new approvals almost impossible. What is worse is departments like Acupuncture that deny care that I had been getting for years and made me go in house. It was the worst experience of my life. Literally stabbing me. The guy didn't even leave the room when I changed. Very creepy. For 4 months they sat on approval only to tell me I'm not eligible. Mind you this is for care I had been receiving in the field for years.... read more
