provider was unresponsive to email or phone while renting a storage unit from them for over a year. I moved out in November and still could not get a response. I sent a message through their own portal and I left a message on their answering machine stating that I was moving out before the billing date in November and that I had moved out my belonging and cleaned the unit. they have continued to bill me now for the months of December and January and go figure we can't get them to email us or call us back let alone get a reso... read more
