Entrar por la Gate 1 al fondo hay 2 carriles si vas a recoger carga es el 2 carga en vivo te reportas en vigilancia tu número de referencia debe comenzar con 125 te registras te dan acceso te da una hoja con indicaciones para ir a las rampas procura barrer tu remolque si esta sucia ahi tiene un área donde barrer pero no hay escobas posteriormente las rampas 5,6 y 7 la que este libre ahi te pones enseguida hay una oficina te reportas listo hasta la salida pones sello tenia 2 por delante me tarde menos de 1 hora Ojo 👁 si llev... read more

This is absolutely unacceptable. I work for Amazon and picked up an empty trailer that was left with the doors open, like most Amazon trailers. It was raining, so there were some water drops inside. When I arrived for loading, the trailer was rejected. I then drove 100 miles to get another trailer and 100 miles back. That trailer was completely dry, but it was rejected again because of an old, dry stain on the wooden floor. This is a complete waste of drivers’ time and fuel. Guard Lady had a bit of an attitude. Checked in less than 5min, went around to the right followed the path to the green light, slid tandems, swept trailer, waited for either docks 5/6/7 to be empty, docked, took papers to shipping office, got loaded, took seal and all to guard and off ai went. All took about 1hr.

Make sure your trailer is clean before you drive through their nail lot, and wait all day.

I have worst experience here,They don’t know what they are doing.They keep just 3 docks for live load or unloading.They need too much time too loading.Stupid system they have according to appointment if you are early then they have appointment otherwise if you are on time then wait for product or dock for several hours. Thanks
