Very friendly and helpful vet office!
Our hunting pup had an emergency and West River said to bring her in. We met with Dr. Kaiser and she was amazing. Extremely helpful. The office staff was kind, helpful and very friendly. Thank you West River Veterinary Clinic, and Thank you Dr. Kaiser.
They advertise emergency treatment for animals. My cow dog was extremely ill and in need of care and they would not treat it on the weekend because I hadn’t been in previously. I ended up having to go to Dickenson where they really care about helping sick animals.
Great customer service. They always are very professional and caring with our pets needs.
