Dr. Bertels was wonderful, but when she had to go on maternity leave in the middle of the implant process, Dr. Scanlon took over and that's when the one star comes into play. During my final implant procedure Dr. Scanlon dropped the implant hex drive down my throat. Luckily I am young and the drill bit sized hex didn't lodge in my airway and I was able to cough it up. The experience I had today was such a smooth one. I had a gingivectomy and Dr. Bertels and her team really did a great job not only putting me at ease but as a whole. I love my smile and look forward to seeing how it heals! Thanks everyone (:
