We are in Ohio and worked with Suzanne and Mark through email and phone calls on my dads monument. They listened to what we wanted and happily made changes in design until it was exactly what we wanted. The wrong stone was delivered by the quarry and knowing so many people were coming from out of state for dads graveside service they drove across the state to the quarry to pick up the correct stone, engraved it and delivered and set the monument in a country cemetery about an hour away from their business location all in 24 ... read more
