I went to visit my dearest sister/friend… she’s been in this place for a while and after passing through a bad experience in other places she just love Civita @ West River. I’m very happy to see the way she’s doing and how is being treated by the staff. The nurse so kind and attentive. The only thing that it could be mended was the fact that she was waiting a while longer to be changed and but back to bed. But for the rest and most importantly she feels good and well taken care. My husband’s mom was sent to West River after hospital stay for physical therapy before coming home. PT people are awesome and have helped her tremendously. We did have a concern that was handled quickly and effectively. No blame game. They simply reached out to us to let us know they were working on our issue and it was rectified quickly.
