RecommendedToday I give extra thanks for all the people who work outside in the worst weather conditions so we can have power and have a warm place to be while they brave the cold, wind, snow, and very poor travel conditions.

They don’t care about the customers. They know the people they serve don’t have other electric options so they don’t feel compelled to help their customers out. They would rather see someone go to gas service then help with rebates.
This company can improve by shutting down and letting another company do the job they can't seem to do.
My power is out for the second time in three days. I've had better luck with Duke Energy during a hurricane in North Carolina. Sub par.
your linemen are paid too much;unless my lights are out then double would not be adequate ha;
People are always friendly in the office. Power outages are usually minimal. Coming from a former lineman fixing an issue with an outrage isn't as easy as flipping a light switch!
