Saw a person named Troy Howard. Would not recommend him as an ENT.
In speaking with others, I’ve learned that Dr. Troy’s tendency toward medical gaslighting is not just an isolated experience. The office’s billing practices are just as concerning. A simple nasal exam with a light scope was billed to my insurance as “surgery” for nearly $700, on top of the $150 office visit. I’ve seen multiple ENTs in other cities and have never encountered anything this misleading or unethical.
Had an audiology appointment scheduled for early May. Yesterday I received a call asking if I would move the appointment to a day earlier as the doctor I was suppose to see was no longer going to be there. Today I received a call telling me my appointment was cancelled. The very u professional and almost rude receptionist just left me hanging as I thought she was going to tell me that she would reschedule me.
