Nurse Amy with Dr. Howard’s team does a phenomenal job. She is prompt to respond to her voicemails and clearly has a wealth of knowledge and passion for her job.
I went to appointment was in there less then 10 mins and doctor called in a a prescription I thought was for sinuses and was a med for reflex that I already get from GI doctor, the doctor did not hear me out and obviously didn't even read anything on me or he would already know what medications I had or didn't have. Waste of an appointment, never will go back.
They are respectful of your time, super knowledgeable and have good bedside manner. If your kid needs allergen testing their nurse who does it is awesome! Dr.Lawlor is who I worked with, he is approachable and professional. He is also very punctual. He called me as soon as he got my results from my CT scan and let me know exactly what to expect and what we don’t know. I am lucky to have been referred to him.
They charged me a lot for a simple use of an Otoscope.
Dr.Schleiffarth stepped in and helped me enormously when my local hospital had me spun in circles just trying to get someone to do something. He figured out my symptoms were both due to a massive thyroid, but also autoimmune disease.
