West River ENT is welcoming and courteous from the start, and Dr. Troy Howard is A-mazing! He listened patiently to my issue, explained treatment options, we began with the option he suspected would work and IT DID!! Although I may deal with this issue for a while, my quality of life has returned...which is everything to me. Thank you Dr. Howard!
I had no idea how painful the procedure would be. It lasted about 35 minutes & all but about 3 minutes was excruciatingly painful. I would not do this again without conscious sedation
The entire process with West River ENT was very straightforward. Dr. Howard made everything easy to understand and after a quick surgery to fix my deviated septum, I can finally breathe through my nose again!
Saw Dr schieff or whatever his name is . He only talked to me for maybe 3 min. Didn’t check my throat or anything . Felt very unseen . Would not recommend. I’ve had the same symptoms for months and he didn’t care
Nurse Amy with Dr. Howard’s team does a phenomenal job. She is prompt to respond to her voicemails and clearly has a wealth of knowledge and passion for her job.
