Carpet install was rescheduled 15 minutes prior to the end of the hour window due to an irresponsible installer. When asked if I could wait until Friday, I told them no. West River Carpet was unable to accommodate me. When the installer Manny and Brian (who were amazing) arrived Friday morning they were given the wrong padding.
