Had a pretty bad experience here. Failed clutch, brought it in December last year. When I brought it in, the shop said they a lot of cars on backlog and it might take a while. While this was not a problem, it ended up taking months (to even diagnose the issue, despite the manager consistently saying he'd get around to diagnosing right away).
