Elevator broke in building 4 and they have not done nothing about it yet Knowing damn well the company has money to get that fixed can't wait for lease to be up cause I'm getting away from apts that can't fix things that are broken in a timely manner, And now they're making visitors and residents have to register their car to park just another way to try to make a little money I guess take that money and use it towards the elevators get them working have them work in daily not work for an hour or two and then break down agai... read more

I've been living here for a few years now. After my lease was coming to an end I was preparing to move out. I had given my notice and everything. I was ready for a new scenery and something a little bigger. I kept changing my move out date. The manager was very understanding about my situation. The air went out in the apartment twice after the office had closed in the apartment, my mom called the two times it went out. Left a message it was an emergency, and we were told by the maintenance guy the following day that he was not told anything until the next day. So many things wrong with apartment complex. Donot move here.

I would recommend looking somewhere else to stay. I stayed 3 years and the apartments became so money hungry charging for every little thing, hot water goes out a lot, always issues with the pipes, always a old lady walking around digging in trash, always a different property manager/leasing agent. If you put a deposit good luck on getting it back.
