West Ridge storage in Erie is the best! Jason is awesome. Difference from chain companies is the personalized service. I recommend them

Jason is absolutely WONDERFUL!!! He has gone above and beyond to work with me even when my payment was over a month late due to my bank account being hacked (had to wait for a new card and then that one got LOST in the mail and so I had to wait AGAIN…) and he was very kind and patient about the whole situation and even waived the late fee since the situation was completely out of my control and I’ve been a loyal customer and rented a unit from him for over 5 years now! The rent has only ever increased once in that whole time... read more
