I’m so grateful for the amazing team here. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff are so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They make the whole office feel warm and comfortable right away, and you can tell they really care about the patients. I can't say enough bad things about this doctors office. This is my first pregnancy and I find myself having to do all my own research. Doctor shows little to no interest. Receptionist have no idea what they are doing. You might schedule an appointment with them only for it to never been put in the computer. Everyone is on different pages. So unprofessional and stressful. Symptoms are dismissed and do not even care to follow up. Doctor does not respond to Mychart messages. If you can find another OBGYN I highly recommend it.... read more
I have been medically gaslit or dismissed by two providers here: Dr. Tenhoopen and Dr. Thorpe while seeking treatment for perimenopause. It’s hard enough to try to navigate this stage of your life and advocate for yourself, it’s even harder to be dismissed by the people who are supposed to care for you.
I saw Ryenn Sanger and it was the most thorough, reassuring visit I have ever had with a healthcare professional.
Always a great place to go for appointments filled with great staff.
