Meridith is so easy to work with. I worked with her remotely to buy my home 6 years ago and again, just recently, to sell that home. She listens to your needs and develops a plan that supports you. She is responsive to questions and keeps you informed throughout both the buying and selling process. She sets realistic expectations to minimize any “surprises”. I would recommend her 100% for either end, buying or selling, of real estate transactions.
I have just moved in and this morning at 5:30 am I took my dog out back to do his business, and when I tried to come back in the doors and windows were locked. I went to a neighbor and used their cell phone to contact Piper and within 30 minutes I was back in my house. Awesome response and greatly appreciated. I was only a little behind getting to work.
