We had a great 2-night stay here in the Camp building. The space was rustic style, nicely decorated and comfortable for four adults. Self check-in and check-out went smoothly and the instructions were complete and accurate. The location is about a mile from the West Quoddy Lighthouse and State Park, which are at the easternmost point of the US. We watched an amazing sunrise and had a nice hike in the park. We would definitely stay here again and leave a little more time for exploring the area.
The Station is a wonderful and secluded collection of interesting rental cabins mostly converted from Coast Guard buildings. It is out on a peninsula with a few other houses and the West Quoddy Lighthouse and lots of nature yet not too far from Lubec. We stayed in half of a unit which had two beds, bathroom and kitchen and even a ramp. In the evening you could walk around and look over the water to Canada. Absolutely my favorite hotel of our trip! Initial booking was easy and Bill was very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, plenty of room. Very quiet and peaceful. I wanted to see the sunrise at the eastern most point of the US and it was spectacular. We stayed in the Jefferson room next to the back deck and below the observation tower where I watched the sunrise. The sunset views from the back deck were gorgeous.
