I can’t thank the team at West Queanbeyan Vets for their outstanding care of my (now) senior dog over the past few years - in particular for his surgery yesterday. So grateful for you all and thank you once again for your kindness, reassurance and patience.
Hamish is a excellent vet. I really appreciate how much time and care he puts into caring for my pet. Would highly recommend.
I love this vet, would not take my pets anywhere else. The doctors, nurses and admin personnel are amazing. However there is one lady that works at reception who is rude, I can’t believe that no one has complain about her yet. Even though she isn’t pleasant to deal with, I still love to come here.
Have helped with a few different things over the years, have always been fair and good to deal with, whilst smiling!
Been here twice now. Both Hamish and Brett have been outstanding. The vets here are clearly knowledgeable and have been able to turn scary/unsettling visits into ones where I feel informed and reassured.
