Worst experience I’ve ever had with a mental health “professional” . The interaction was very cold and immediately made me more anxious than when I arrived. And when I tried to express my frustration with the interaction there was no tying to fix the issue. She literally went back and forth with me.

I can only speak from my experience, Dr. West herself has not been rude to me at all. There was a misunderstanding about a co-pay for previous visits. Once I contact my insurance company. I was told that the visits was fully covered and that there wasn’t any co-pays so I reached back out to let them know that my insurance is fully covered, and there is no co-pay for the visits. I left messages on the answering machine. The secretary contacted me and told me that I will be refunded the co-pays, but only after the second visit... read more
