Totally freaking awesome lady's in there!
I can only speak from my experience, Dr. West herself has not been rude to me at all. There was a misunderstanding about a co-pay for previous visits. Once I contact my insurance company. I was told that the visits was fully covered and that there wasn’t any co-pays so I reached back out to let them know that my insurance is fully covered, and there is no co-pay for the visits. Dr. West and her staff are above reproach when it comes to the care and respect of her patients, in my experience, especially the pediatric patients. That means so much to me. In this field, as far as working with children who have had diagnoses in neurodivergence, it truly means so much when I can find a practitioner I can rely on that not only works with me to get me in as soon as possible when there are any cancellations, but also sees my child as a whole, and not just as a number and for what that can do and what they ca... read more
Seeing these bad reviews I will not be bringing my kid there life hard enough nobody that’s suppose to be helping people about to make life harder for me I ain’t got to do it that’s the good thing about free will .Thank God for google review
