We have been with West Propane for years. They recently went to a monitoring device on the tanks. With added features comes cost increase and it is understandable to a certain degree. Our yearly tank leased increased six times the previous amount on the same rusty tank. I definitely think the electronic device upgrade was passed on to the customer. That is a little steep don't you think??? Up until now they have been very fair.
Woman running pageland office has the worst attitude and customer service I have ever seen. I own a business in town and was shocked by her carelessness and attitude towards me and other customers. I will go out of my way to do business with another company
I just went to the cutest propane filling station!! Would absolutely recommend you take your empty tanks here for them to refill. Its so convenient! This place is about a year old, they said. Really nice, when all the gas stations and Walmarts are out. Thank you!!
Told them two weeks ago to come pickup tank. Had 52 percent in tank. It is leaking out and is now down to 49 percent. Gas was quoted at 3.25 per gallon. Had 167 gallons in tank. Let's see how much they refund me at 3.25.
12:50 and won’t be back till 2:30 A problem every time I come here the lady is rude go some where else save yourself a trip
