I appreciate the work that West Power Services performed on my RV. I had a problem with the front end on my RV causing the front tires to wear very badly requiring them to be replaced. The first shop I took my RV to said that I needed an entirely new suspension system and It was going to cost me somewhere between $6000 and $8000. So I took my RV to West Power Services for a second opinion and they were able to diagnose that all that was needed was to replace a camber/castor busing. Called West power needed my oil change and a possible battery changed, husband ask to have the 1 tire checked for air. We also informed them we need to wait because we are coming from 2 hrs away to have this done. They held us there for almost 3 hours, everytime we got up and looked the kid working on the RV was walking around on his phone. 3 hrs later we were charged 400.00 for a battery that they did not inform us cost that much we only asked about it because it was getting old and were being PRO Active. 200 for an oil cha... read more
