Great customer experience and excellent feedback from the dentist and staff on how to improve
Very nice staff. The dentist was very helpful explaining how the procedures work and the plan she had. Dr Wang was awesome.
I want to thank my new hygienist, Maria, for cleaning my teeth, as it's a pain-free teeth cleaning ever. She was gentle and thoughtful making sure no liquid buildup in my mouth while cleaning my teeth. No sandy feel in my mouth at all. Maria definitely deserves a 5-star rating! However, my husband and son both had a same new hygienist, not Maria. They both had an unpleasant experience this time as they felt this new hygienist rushed to clean their teeth. They hope next time to have Maria to clean their teeth.
