Attentive, caring approach matched with impeccable skills. Great office
The condescending nature of the the front desk team is the last straw. I get bills and quotes for one price and then a bill for a larger amount. You are no longer MetLife preferred. The best dentist that was there left. I can not believe the the back and the forth between the dentist and the hygienist like they had never worked together before. Nothing about this facility inspire confidence or reassurance.
Been going to West Portal Dental for years. Dr. Mathai is very thorough and does excellent work. Very approachable; professional. Informative; provides straightforward explanations. The staff are very engaging, friendly, and accommodating. They are tops!
