Front desk people are open and kind, but the vet doesn't seem to love animals. She's just there to do the job. The job got done and it was good but good is only 3 stars. We waited a long time to be seen but it's not always like that and they apologized. This last time and other times I wish they would have done more to make my dog feel comfortable and at peace.
Love this clinic, everyone was super polite. It was definitely worth the drive. The customer service over the phone and via email was also excellent. The Sergeant would leave me voicemails with important information about the FAVN, and made the appointment for us as soon as the new month hours were available. The vet tech was very knowledgeable and good at handling our pet. Lastly, the Captain was also super nice. Our visit was perfect, we even got seen a couple of minutes early. Or should I say purrrfect? :)
