Nurse Alex was very attentive during triage and testing and Angela did great with her shot. Dr Dowdy was thorough and listened to my concerns and allowed me to be involved in the decision making of my plan of care. Thank you all for providing timely and efficient care. I don’t get sick often but you all are my go to when me and my family do!
I took my wife to be seen about an injury to her ankle. We arrived around 11:45am. I helped her inside while I went back to park our vehicle. By the time I had parked, I see my wife limping out the front door. Turns out that they go to lunch at 1pm and told her that they had other patients to see and that she should come back at 1pm. Front desk clerk extremely kind. The doctor was horrible. He was disrespectful, rude and Obnoxious. No care for the patient. Never going back.
